Without hesitation, I decided to join the business and sold my computer (without telling my mom 😄) to invest in the opportunity. As I attended more events and became more involved in the industry, I developed a deep passion for the network marketing world. I was particularly drawn to how it brings people together for the benefit of everyone involved, promoting not only financial growth but also mental and personal growth as well. It’s truly inspiring to see how people can help each other and work towards success as a team.

The Challenge: When I decided to take my network marketing business seriously, I quickly realised that it was much harder to sponsor new people than the leaders had made it seem. Being someone who is not naturally outgoing and very young, I struggled to expand my network beyond the small circle of people I already knew. Additionally, I am the youngest child in my family and have never had deep conversations with my relatives, which made it even more challenging to connect with others. As a result, I made a decision to put myself out there and meet new people, hoping to share with them the benefits of this amazing business opportunity. However, my efforts were met with resistance, and I felt like I was pushing people to join me instead of helping them. Unfortunately, the people I had approached eventually stopped responding to me, leaving me feeling discouraged and alone. I knew that I needed to find a better approach to address this problem.

The Solution: Being someone who loves physics, I have always believed that there is a solution to every problem, and so I decided to explore the internet for a way to improve my network marketing skills. This is when I stumbled upon the concept of attraction marketing, which is essentially about attracting people to you instead of pressuring them into joining your business. I realised that not everyone can position themselves as a leader in the industry and attract interested individuals that way, but what if there was a system that allowed anyone to share leaders’ content for their own benefit systematically? This led me to develop a system by learning and leveraging some programming skills , which simplifies the process of attracting interested individuals by leveraging leaders’ contents like ABC, Home party, and Mass presentations. And that’s when the idea for the Zadwa Prospecting System was born. It has been successful in reducing the business into a copy-and-paste process, making it easier for everyone to use and benefit from.

Initially, I reached out to established teams in one of the companies within the network marketing industry, offering my Zadwa prospecting System as a solution to their challenges. Despite this, I persevered and eventually convinced a few of them to try it out. By doing so, we can effectively reduce and even eliminate such occurrences, providing companies with a better chance at success.

To further enhance my service offerings, I leveraged the latest technology to build a ChatBot platform that works on major social media platforms. Given that network marketing inherently relies on the social structure of society to promote products, this platform was designed to automate the presentation, follow-up, and enrollment of prospects into the business. Within less than a year of offering my services to multiple companies globally, I was very profitable. In total, I made close to 10 BTC, a significant accomplishment from where I was a year earlier. I received payment in Bitcoin, which was the fastest payment method available at the time and my convenience. Despite my earnest efforts to promote transparency and encourage members to engage in business with interested individuals, I faced a persistent challenge. Companies, one after another, continued to be labeled as pyramid schemes and faced shutdown. The system I had developed failed to gain adequate adoption, impeding its potential for growth.

This realization motivated me to explore alternative approaches, but upon further examination, I discovered a fundamental ethical issue embedded within the entire business model. Unfortunately, when I introduced Zadwa prospecting system as a solution, members were not receptive or cooperative, viewing it as either a waste of time or a potential threat to their existing business practices. I then decided to explore more alternative solutions, including joining these companies to collaborate with members and implement a more ethical approach to network marketing, but still I was not able to unfold sensible results with my approach.

If you take a closer look at the network marketing industry and its history, you can realise that another issue is fundamentally embedded in the outdated business model that has been in use for over 160 years, even before the invention of the internet. Some of the major labels and marketing tactics used are outdated and irrelevant to the current market trends. For instance The term direct selling, which represents companies in the network marketing industry, is no longer applicable in the digital era. The rise of e-commerce has made it possible for any website to be labelled as a direct seller, without the involvement of independent advertisers.

I founded Zadwa Network out of necessity after facing numerous challenges with the existing model. Initially, companies were reluctant to adopt the prospecting system, making it difficult for me to succeed in offering it as a business. Moreover, as the companies I worked with began shutting down, I had to restart from scratch multiple times, and they discouraged me from sharing my knowledge with others.

To overcome these hurdles, I recognized the need for a superior solution, which led to the development of Zadwa Network.
